Specific requirements:
* S1/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Financial Management or Human Resources Management)
* Accounting or Mathematics with approximately 5 years experience Human Resource Management including 4 years exposure to compensation and benefit area
* Having knowledge on Government policies manpower related (Jamsostek, Kep-150/Men/2000, etc)
