Support Engineer (SE)
General Qualification:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) or above from reputable universities in Information Technology Engineering/Computer Science or related field of study
* Well developed organizational skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision
* Computer literate and excellent communication in English
* Well developed interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain customer focus and demonstrate pro-activeness in addressing customer needs
* Ability to manage time effectively and priorities task
* Willing to travel & sent to remote location within Indonesia territories
* Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform Installation, support and maintenance services
a. Handle customer request, support and maintenance schedule
b. Repair HW, analyze and diagnose problem
c. Installation of server product, PC related products
* Responsible for assigned task/customer
* Handle on-site technical problem
Main Requirements:
* Male/Female, max. 28 years old
* Intel based server & PC HW knowledge
* Knowledge of Windows based OS
* Trouble-shooting skills
