Our Client, Multinational Insurance Company based in US is seeking for:

Operation Manager- Bancassurance Division
Job Scope(s):
1. To establish an organizational structure that supports the delivery of service excellence
2. To provide a role of Operation Manager to support in achievement of company's objectives as stated in the operational plan by managing the day-to-day administration of Bancassurance operation of department including new business, policy maintenance, claims and MIS.
3. Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements agreed with bank partners.
4. To analyze processes to continually identify areas for improvement.
5. To make a regular report to the Head of Bancassurance on Production.
6. To ensure that the approach is responsive to customers need.
Job Specifications:
a. Qualifications : Degree or equivalent business qualifications
b. Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in Operation and Administration
c. Knowledge: Insurance / Financial Services
