HR Manager - Indonesia

HR Manager Responsibilities :

Establish strategic partnership with key members of the company to provide high quality, cost effective HR services
To provide all-rounded people service at managerial/supervisory level
Review and adopt e-HR solutions to improve efficiency and service level
Assist in HR policies review and establishment
HR programs, training activities, staff relation activities design and implementation
Preparation of various HR reports and analysis


Requirements :

Degree in related disciplines
At least 2 years in supervisory level of all-rounded HR experience
Exposure in performance management, executing sourcing and recruitment tools preferred
Hands on experience in employee training and development
Well-versed with Indonesia Labor Law and other labor related statutory requirements
A veteran of MS PowerPoint and Excel
Self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibilities, able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
