HRD Training & Recruitment, Cashier payroll Responsibilities:

Job Location Cikarang
Selection will be done in Cikarang
Implement and handle administration of HR policies and procedures
Handle administration and updating all job related to the provision of employee compensation and benefit to make sure that valid figures have already delivered promptly to employees
Prepare monthly salary administration and calculation (Overtime, Jamsostek, Tax payment related to the benefit and other adjustment)
Prepare and conduct overall training
Manage Recruitment & Selection process including selection test

Requirements:

Diplomadegree in Human Resources Management or related discipline from a reputable university.
Minimum3 years of relevant experience
Having hands on skill in human resources, general affairs, tax and payroll computation
Strong analytical mind, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Resourceful, well organized and result
Proficient in written & spoken English and computer literate
