Human Resource Associate - Indonesia

Human Resource Associate Responsibilities:

-- Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assist in creating a dynamic, vibrant and satisfied workforce through Recruitment, Selection, and Placement and implementing fair Compensation Systems in all Celebrity Fitness Clubs Surabaya. You are likewise in charge of communicating and implementing Employee Policies, and other General Affairs activities including those requiring legal actions.

-- Conduct performance and corrective/disciplinary meetings with employees and managers

-- Implement reward systems to motivate staff

-- Administer payroll, taxation and commissions pay to sales staff.

-- Resolve employee complaints and grievances.

Educational Background:

-- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or other related fields

Experience and Competency Requirements:

-- Must have had 1 to 2 years experience in Recruitment, Payroll Administration, Handling Disciplinary cases;

-- Knowledge in Employment Act/Labor Laws of Indonesia

-- Good network with Human Resource Management organizations

-- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills

-- Good Planning and Organizing skills

-- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
