Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in law
Experience in industrial relation and other HR function related minimum 4 years
Firm, mature, self-supporting and sociable person
Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
Able to work both independently and in a team
General Requirements: Computer literacy, fluency in English, both oral and written
