Job Description:
This person will have overall responsibility for managing the sales team and operation of the Walk-In-Centers (WICs) or galleries of a major Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Indonesia.
Sales & service responsibility:
Plan, Implement and Communicate sales programs with teams to achieve targets
Train, Coach & Supervise WIC representatives to achieve sales and service targets
Establish process to improve operations:
- decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes
Monitor and Drive results and quality of WIC representatives performance and operations
Handle daily inventory and sales reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery
HR & premises responsibility:
Conduct motivation programs and performance reviews to fully engage employees
Manage employees shift schedules:
- workstation assignment/rotation, training, vacations, breaks, overtime assignment, back-up
for absent employees, and shift rotation
Ensure a clean, safe and conducive work environment
Administer and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time
To be considered for this challenging role, the criteria include:
Graduate of any 4 years course, preferably IT or Engineering
At least 1 year experience in supervising sales teams
Knowledge and interest in Internet and computers
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa (both oral and written)
Has good business sense, especially in sales and negotiation skills
Experience in Walk-In Centre / Gallery operation is advantageous
Pleasant and likeable personality
Must be willing to travel locally
