TRAINING ENGINEER - Indonesia

TRAINING ENGINEER The Training Engineer will be responsible for the planning and implementation of training, development of a PQR competency system which covers the organizations current and personal development plans for the management of individual staff performance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

-- Successful implementation of the EPC contractor training programme

-- Development and implementation of the PQR competency based training system

-- Design and implement training programmes in line with PQR requirements.

-- Develop succession planning processes to ensure the project has an appropriate talent pool for the future

-- Working in partnership with the HSE Manager to develop staff awareness and training programmes

-- Evaluation of Training provider and delivery programmes.

-- Design of training programmes to achieve specific outcomes

-- Work closely with Department/Section Managers to develop competency-training programmes for technical staff.

-- Establish development programmes to cater for localisation policy

-- Establish management development programmes to grow capability and leadership skills across the project.

-- Manage the Training budget

-- Providing Training advice to Managers and Staff

Job Requirements :

-- An engineering qualification to diploma level and training related qualification to certificate level or similar experience.

-- Power plant experience at a similar level in power station Operations or Maintenance, or in a similar industrial environment.

-- Understanding of modern Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) plant and desalination process operating practices.

-- Strong understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems and Safety Rules

-- Knowledge of a computerised maintenance management tool like Maximo.
