Training Manager Min. Bachelor degree in Management / Human Resources/Psychology.
At least 3 years experiences in training and development department and minimum 4 years in managerial level.
Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation and delivering training itself.
Having an effective training skill and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently interacting with the team.
Recommend external speaker/ trainer to conduct training sessions internally.
Responsible for all management of training administration, activities as well as development for the Group.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
Young, dynamic and highly motivated personality is preferred.
