With the following requirements:
Have 1-2 years experience
Familiar or experience in Java Desktop Application (Swing)
Very Good in Object Oriented Programming and Design.
Familiar or experience in Web-based application development (with HTML/Javascript) or ASP.NET or J2EE technology (such as JSP, Servlet).
Familiar or experience with SQL statement in Oracle.
Having knowledge in Frameworks (Struts,JSF,Spring) would be an advantage.
Strong discipline, fast learner, and hard working.
