Technical Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in website design (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash).
* Strong working experience designing website using Dreamweaver
* Designing graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator
* Designing animations in Flash and animated GIF
* Experience use of space, text placement, typography, usability and visual flow
* Experience applying theories related to color schemes
General Requirements:
* Minimum bachelor degree of related subject
* Good use and understanding of written and spoken English
* Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
* Excellent organization, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Willing to learn and experiment with new technology
* Ability to work under tight schedules and pressure
* Ability to work without supervision
* Has creative ideas and thinking
* Ability to work in a team as well as individual
* Excellent time management skills
* Highly motivated and hard working
* Adapt to change
These skills below will be an advantage:
* Experience with Adobe InDesign
* Experience in 3D animation
* Had at least 1 year experience in ad agency
