PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals is a gold mining and exploration company, operating a COW on Halmahera Island, North Maluku. The company is a joint venture between Newcrest Mining Limited (82.5%) and PT Aneka Tambang (17.5%).

The company has two positions vacant for Six Sigma Blackbelt Practitioners at Gosowong-North Halmahera working a 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster. The position report to Business Improvement Manager.
Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioners
(Maluku - Halmahera)

Responsibilities:

* Ensuring the provisions of a safe and health work environment are maintained
* Working with all groups within PT NHM (Gosowong) to promote continuous improvement
* Maintaning a business improvement approach suited to the needs of the organisation
* Assisting and facilitating development of business practise
* Leading and delivering designated business improvement projects
* Contributing to an effective Business Improvement Team

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years experience in six sigma Black Belt duties
* Behaviour cosistent with NHM values
* Demostrated leadership ability
* Well develop communication and influencing skills
* Able to work under pressure and deliver againts deadlines
* Strong analytical ability
* Good English skills, both written and oral
* An understanding of business planning and business analysis techniques
* A working knowledge of mining, minerals processing and maintenance processes
* Ability to assemble data from information resources and identify safety system & procedures required
* Degree in business management or economics
