Key Responsibilities :

* Ensure excellent service for customer and principal satisfaction

* Support sales activities i.e. sales programs, tele-sales, complaint handling, and service quality

* Maintain customer focus and demonstrate pro-activeness in addressing customer needs

* To continuously review and update the customer service policies in line with the business direction


Requirement :

* University background ( D3 / S1 )

* Preferable 2 years experiences as Customer Service in Pharmaceutical Industry

* Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferable.

* Good interpersonal skills and communicaton skills

* Have a good customer service and relationship orientation competency

* Able to work under pressure

* Detail oriented, creative, proactive and independent person
