SAP - B2B & Lubricant Communication and Change Lead
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Ensure effective change management of occurring projects which has impact to the B2B and Lubricant business;
* Provide guidance on change management and coach leaders to lead the change;
* Take pro-active ownership of all key issues concerning communications, implementation, coordination;
* Address training needs for Global SAP go-live in close coordination with Project Change and Communication Manager – B2B and Lubricant, as well as the relevant work streams;
* Support communication managed by Sales Support Communication Focal Point vie established homepage, newsletter etc.;
* Encourage and collect feedback from staff, monitor satisfaction level pro-actively provide feedback to Lubes and B2B leadership team through monthly highlights or any barriers and issues and provide adequate actions and solutions;
* Design and maintain a training development plan to support competence development of staff to the new set of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' business experience in Communication related roles with practical experience in change management or training resource;
* Good working knowledge of the Business to Business (B2B) and Lubricant business;
* A proven track record in previous program and project management;
* Change Management experience, facilitation, coaching and implementation/executions skills are desirable;
* Strong communicator and influencer, with excellent people/leadership skills and Customer Focus mindset;
* Demonstrated capability to quickly win trust of key stakeholders;
* Results orientated, ability to analyse and challenge business requirements.
