Requirements:
* Verifiable and successful experience as project manager
* Experience in Insurance Industry or Financial world
* Experience in managing projects according to Six Sigma method (preferably certified as
* Black Belt, at least Green Belt)
* University degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, at least Bachelors degree
* preferably Masters degree
* Preferably worked or studied outside of Indonesia
* Fluent in English both oral & written
