Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia - National Office is looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a challenging and interesting position of National Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Manager. As the incumbent, your responsibility is to identify and pertain safety management techniques with an emphasis on risk management strategies.
NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER
In charge for pivotal position in Human Resources realm, the successful candidate would be required to be on his / her toes in terms of:

Ensuring health and safety company requirements are implemented and maintained
*
Liaise at all levels within the operation to identify and resolve key occupational health and safety issues
*
Advice management on the effects on the Occupational Health and Safety system of any policy, procedure or system alteration
*
Providing information and advice to management on safety and health issues
*
Inspecting company facilities, sites and projects to detect existing potential accident and health hazard, determine corrective and preventive actions where indicated and follow up to ensure actions have been complied with
*
Ensuring safety awareness is an integral part of annual and business planning
*
Conducting and reviewing risk assessment activities with a focus on identifying and pursuing risk reduction opportunities
*
Supporting departments and functions in the management of incident and accident reporting and investigations and evidence for the company’s use in hearings, lawsuits and insurance investigation
*
Compiles and submits accident reports required by statutory authorities
*
Promoting the understanding of safety, health and risk assessment in the workplace
*
Monitoring safety standards, regulation and legislation and best practice in occupational health and safety
*
Providing information, signs, posters, barriers and other materials to warn of hazardous or potential hazardous work environments
*
With all team members, to ensure continual improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety
*
Carrying on the OHS culture development
In line with the above mentioned challenges, the best-fit Candidate would have the following qualifications:
*
Holding Bachelor's (S1) Degree majoring in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
*
A minimum of 5 (five) years experience in related area (OHS)
*
Expert on OHS Management System
*
Preferably with certification in OHS Expert (Man Power Ministry) and/or with Auditor qualification in OH&S
*
Having AK3 certified and OHSAS Certified Lead Auditor
*
Has knowledge of Indonesian OH&S regulations, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Accident Investigation
*
Excellent English communication skill both verbal and written
*
Possess strong leadership and analytical skills
