PT. Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Indonesia is a Dutch-owned company with regional headquarters in Singapore. Our activities consist of stocking and trading carbon, steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel pipe, fittings and flanges. Our main customers are in the Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical and Palm Oil Industries and related EPC companies. Our Indonesian office is based on Jl Sudirman, Jakarta.
Due to the rapid growth of our sales office in Jakarta, we are currently looking for a Junior Sales Executive. This person will be responsible for end-users within the Oil & Gas sector.

Job Description :
*
Maintain Account Payables
*
Maintain Petty Cash
*
Check incoming invoices
*
Responsible for on-time payments to vendors and others
*
Prepare bank payments and bank reconciliations
*
Assist in preparing monthly closing report
*
Prepare Weekly sales report
*
Responsible for fixed assets registration
*
Other finance and admin tasks
Requirements :
*
Male/Female, max. 26 years old
*
Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Accounting from reputable University
*
Having 1-2 years experience in handling Accounting and Finance, preferable from public accounting firms
*
Knowledge and experience in Accounting and Taxation
*
Strong understanding in full set of Purchase Cycle, Purchase Invoice, Reconciliation, and Payment process, Good Receivings, etc.
*
Pleasant personality, Good attitude, Highly motivated, initiative, result oriented
*
Able to work under minimum supervision, self-disciplined
*
Strong analytical skills, focus on details
*
Able to work under pressure
