The coal mining business strategy was chosen as this is parallel to the Indonesian Government energy policy which stipulated that coal become second priority of energy sources after oil. Community Relation Supervisor


Key Duties :

This role will report directly to Corporate HRD-Director. This role is responsible for formulating, developing, and maintaining a community and public recap ability to ensure that company’s CSR programs are beneficial to both community company Banjarmasin office expanded to other offices when neces;

This role will also oversee the security operations at the Banjarmasin office. This role will at the Banjarmasin office. This role will act the ambassador of the company to the local government, communities and enforcement.



Requirements :

Min Bachelor Degree in legal or management
*
Having minimum 3-5 years experience in Community Relation in multinational company.
*
Strong communication ability, both in oral and written
*
Strong leadership, good analytical skill and creativity, pressure persistence adaptable
*
Willing to be located at Kalimantan
*
Able to CSR-Corporate Social Respond Program (Budget, Controlling, Implementation)
