Assistant HR Manager Report to Country HR Manager, this position will be responsible:

To support function of respective manager in handling Recruitment & Selection activity to ensure achievement of KPI target, handling training admin report, filling and documentation training material also deliver induction program, assist for performance management system also for compensation and benefits practices in line with the market competitiveness. Assist in manage all industrial, government and community relations in order to prevent & avoid the negative impact of business interruption as impact of labor and community issues. To establish a guarantee service to internal and external customers through a defined standard operating procedure as a part of team work for winning business opportunities.

Qualification:

· Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology

· Age 28 +- 35 years

· Having min 3 years as Senior Supervisor in HR

· Proven leadership, team work, self discipline and good communication skills

· Fluent in English and familiar with MS Office

· Willing to travel (Site Warehouse)
