You will be required to implement HR policies and procedures for all categories of employees in the plantation operating locations with rigorously involved in planning & administering all HR functions and employee welfare activities. You will also embark initiatives in building a performance driven culture and review HR practices in supporting of business strategies keeping abreast of labour laws and industrial relations, liaising with government officials and other relevant authorities as well handling all aspects of public relations with the manpower authorities.
Qualifications:
· The ideal candidate should be a self motivator with positive attitude possesses.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management Law/Social Science or a professional qualification in related disciplines.
· Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
· Have experience in handling more than 3000 employees.
· Should have strong in operational, leadership and presentation skills.
· Honest and accustomed to do planning, control and supervision.
· Must be a team player who is committed to Continuous Improvement.
· Excellent report writing and communication skills.
· Must be willing to be located in plantation site (Kalimantan).
