Set up and Improvement of recruitment system Build extensive relation and company image (through solid relation with department, consultants, universities)
Ensure successful implementation of the recruitment plan for the Indonesia region
Manage and monitor recruitment activities in this region.
Work with recruitment agencies on selected assignments
Promote the efficiency of recruitment by providing support and guidance.
Train and guide line managers, and audit recruitment processes as necessary.
Assist in the annual manpower planning by working with departmental and country heads.
To assist in other areas of HR as required.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree holder with psychology background, minimum 5 years’ relevant Human Resource experience, focusing on recruitment. (head hunting, conventional recruitment, campus management, job fair project)
Hands-on using psychological tools and license for SRIPP.
Good knowledge of Recruitment processes and methodologies with proven track records in meeting tight recruitment schedules.
Familiar with all aspects of HR (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc).
Possess strong organizing, coordinating and communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Has solid experienceas Head Hunter or Recruitment Consultant would be high advantageous
Past working experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry will be an advantage.
