Job Specification :- HR partner to GM and the management team.- Manage and develop for the execution of Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Development/Succession Planning, Workforce Planning and Employee Satisfaction Survey.-Manage the customization and implementation of Global HR projects
Requirements
Minimum 8 years experience in HR Management with min 4 years at senior management level.
Minimum Bachelor degree. Experience in Multinational environment is an advantage
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organisational abilities
Fluency in English is a must
