INTERNAL AUDIT UNIT HEAD - Indonesia

INTERNAL AUDIT UNIT HEAD Responsible in developing and implementing audit annual plans and capacity planning. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. Delivering high quality/accurate audit reports in compliance with policies & guidelines. Ensuring that all audit findings/notes are addressed.

Main responsibilities:

Organize & carry out the internal audit function, including preparation of an audit plan which fulfills the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs
Ensures that Audit assignments are focused on key risk areas and are performed efficiently and within time and expense budgets
Supervises/leads/coaches other relevant staff including co-sourced audit staff where applicable
Documents audit findings and drafts audit reports, ensuring that audit issues are communicated and resolved as early as possible. Immediately reports significant findings which could adversely affect the company’s assets and/or reputation
To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor auditee’s response and implementation
Maintain respectful and effective communication and relationships with management and staff of areas under review
Assist and support Department Head for any project in Audit, Legal and Risk&Compliance Department
Requirements:

Male/Female, age max. 35 years old
Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university (Atmajaya, Trisakti, UI, UGM, Untar)
Experience min. 3 years as Internal Audit Unit Head/Supervisor or min. 5 years as Auditor in the big four Public Accountant Firmor financial institution (from life insurance business is an advantage)
