Male, maximum 35 years old
S1 degree in Law from reputable University (preferred UI)
Min 3 years experience in managerial position
Good understanding in Indonesian labor law and man power law, regulation, selection, recruitment and general affairs (especially with local government company)
Good interpersonal skill, mature, innovative and initiative
Loyal and high integrity is a must
Having good knowledge in Indonesian Legal and Labor Law
Fluent in spoken and written English
Can work under pressure
