In this position you are responsible for the sales of developer tools. This position requires a dynamic and strong professional who is self motivated and has excellent sales skills. You report directly to the DPE Director
Key responsibilities:
Drive Developer Tools revenue by engaging with direct sales, channel and partners.
Grow software development life cycle partner ecosystem.
Increase sales velocity.
Promote product and technology adoption by executing campaigns under the Application Platform Infrastructure Optimization model development capability: individual developer productivity, upgrade the masses.
Promote product and technology adoption by executing campaigns under the APIO model user experience capability: expression launch — build expression channel and marketing to support product launch and campaigns.
Drive Express awareness and adoption.
Requirements:
Have 3-5 yrs experience in selling software (Windows Server, BEA Web logic, IBM Web Server, Oracle Database, IBM DB2, Rational development tools, Borland development tools, Redhat Linux Servers).
