6-10 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or Human Capital Management
4 years of management experience
B.S. Degree
Self starter with history of being able to work individually and on a team
Energetic, results driven, understanding of business processes
Understanding of HR outsourcing preferred
Excellent English communication skill
Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly
Can work under stress and manage the stress of others
Will work in Bali and looking for a long term career opportunity
Is able to think “outside of the box” when apply solutions to problems
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Closely working with and reporting to Global SRVCS senior management
Managing recruitment staff and ensuring weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals are hit
Developing staff performance metrics and performing staff reviews
Creating and enforcing incentive plans
Conducting daily staff meetings
Reviewing, revising, and developing company policy
Recruiting, interviewing, training and onboarding of new Global SRVCS staff
Assisting with re-engineering and implementing internal business processes
Forecasting business needs
