Bachelor degree in Management / Psychology
Having experience min. 2 years in related field
Having good analytical skill, able to design & manage training programs (training needs analysis, training matrix, training implementation and evaluation) & having knowledge in HR Management
Good communication in English (both oral and written)
Computer literate : Windows application (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Willing to work hard and in under-pressured situations
Ready to work in any company branch / project
