Indonesian people, max 45 years old and holding a minimum S-1 Degree majoring in Economy and any other degree allow to apply.
Having minimum 5 years relevant experiences.
Having skill to operated Computer and English (Oral & Writing).
Retaining core competencies: good analytical thinking, good communication and interaction, attention to detail, initiative people management skills and ability to work under pressure and independently, good persuasion skills, good leadership and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify the managerial training needs, participants and provider as well.
Plan, organize and manage the training.
Evaluate the effectively of training for both participants and the provider.
Evaluate post training.
Search and find the best vendor of management training.
Plan and review the training budget.
Manage the training administration.
The selected candidates will:
Be placed will be in Jakarta & East Kalimantan or other project location the company is involved.
Get satisfying remuneration package with.
Be provided camp, meal and transportation from and to site to camp.
