1. Handling secretarial matters of President Director and General Manager
2. Handling legal matter i.e. Expatriate documents and company licenses
3. Dealing with government i.e. BKPM, Disnaker, Immigration, etc
4. Handling corporate procurement
5. Assist HR for Training monitoring which is comply to ISO 9001:2000
6. Handling all traveler’s traveling requisition and arrangement
7. Arranging internal and or external meeting
8. Arranging company function
9. Others secretarial work
Requirements:
1. Female
2. Reputable Secretary Academy or University Graduated preferred
3. Fluency in English both Oral and Written is a must
4. Experience min 2 years as in secretarial function prefered
5. Computer literacy is a must especially in Microsoft Office
6. Good personality with excellent service attitude
7. Able to work independently as good as in team
8. Result oriented, analytical, self motivated and hard worker
9. Well organize, quick respond, efficient and can work under pressure
10. Good Attitude
11. Able to start work on short notice
12. Located at Cibitung - Bekasi
