EXECUTIVE SECRETARY Requirements:

Female
Age max 30 years old (preferable single status)
Min D3 Secretary (with min GPA 3.00 scale 4.00)
Min 2 years experiences handling Board of Director
Min 1 years handling day to day operation division
Capable in handling with confidential documents and information
Fluent in English both written and oral
Computer literate (MS Office & Outlook)
Able to work under pressure working environment
Willing to work overtime
Proactive and has strong good personality, good appearance
Able to work independently and teamwork
