Female, age maximal 35 years old of age
Min DIII, majoring in Secretary
3 years in document control role
Have experience in implementing an electronic document management experience
Preferable those have knowledge of document control software
Computer literate, minimum MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English both oral & written
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact at all level
Role & Responsibilities :
Establish and maintain an electronic document management system
Ensuring all documentation pass’s through document control particularly communications to external contractors/vendors
Establish processes for written inter office and inter company communications
Establish the Project office work flows and processes. Ensure and audit the Implementation Contractors document management system.
Ensure all documents are filed and handled according to the policies and procedure established.
