SECURITY PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR - Indonesia

SECURITY PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR Responsible for Planning, organizing, leading and controlling of human resources and procedure in project includes project budgeting and logistics. Responsibility includes human resources activities, documentation and coordination with head office. All task are execute under coordination with Project Manager.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma Degree in any major (preferable in accountancy or finance management)
Have experience at least 2 years in personnel administration staff
Understand payroll process, tax, and compensation and benefit system
Have knowledge in Personal Income Tax and Indonesia labor law
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
Communication and judgment skill

Self motivated and ability to priorities work
High integrity and honest, attention to detail and quality and system oriented
Good team working capability
Positive thinking, Discipline and hard worker
Leading people, initiative, relationship building, interpersonal understanding
