a.Implementation and execution of agreements
b.Management of internal staff (Field and Admin Officer, secretary and four field officers)
c.Liaise with Tax Office relating to Tax Audit; ensuring that all tax liability is calculated, paid and reported according to Indonesian Tax Laws.
d.Liaise with external auditor for Annual Report
e.Prepare Financial Report which is in line with generally accepted accounting principles in Indonesia
f.Monitoring all financials, including our partner charities (due diligence on all our partner charities)
g.Analyzes financial statements, manages cash flow and established controls to safeguard funds. Reviews income and costs relative to goals; takes corrective action as necessary
h.Plans, develops and implements strategy for organizational development
i.Contributes to strategic planning and development as a member of executive team, keep notes and records and reports to CEO and management board.
j.Maintains relations with all government agencies
k.Administers and coordinates human resources
l.Possesses a management style that is outcome-oriented, but flexible and that respects the capabilities and independence of staff, while providing them with a clear sense of direction
m.Proven record of integrity, tact and ability to maintain confidentiality
n. Detail-oriented, thorough, honest, results-oriented, works well under pressure and wants to work in a not for profit organization.
Candidates should be proficient in:
a. Microsoft Office
b. MYOB
c.Internet and email
d. English
Qualifications & Experience:
a. University degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Management.
bFamiliar with Indonesian Tax Laws
c.Familiar with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in Indonesia
d.Preferably has at least three years experience in a Yayasan
e.Indonesian citizen
