PROJECT MANAGER Post Date: 05 Mar 09Requirement :Hold a minimum of S1 or D3 degree from related major with 4-8 years experiences in IT Telco

Have experience in leading J2EE and Bea weblogic project with minimum 2-3 years experience

Have strong knowledge in J2EE & BEA WebLogic products

Have strong knowledge and skill in J2EE, J2SE, JSP , Servlet, Struts, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate

Familiar with Database: Ms SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle 9i

Have strong knowledge and skill at OOP (Object Oriented Programming)

Previous experience in 1 full cycle project using BEA WebLogic products is a must

Have strong knowledge in business process for telecommunication industry is a must

Have strong leadership skill and Have ability to manage various type of people

Have strong negotiation skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill, and positive attitude,

Able to handle project with tight deadline

Fast learner and self motivated

Have presentation and communication skill (in English and Indonesia)
