Financial Institution Relationship Manager (FIRM)
Key Responsibilities :
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with Financial Institutions clients identified in a portfolio agreed with the Head of Financial Institution
* Negotiate commercial terms of transactions with clients and oversee progress of deal execution through to conclusion to ensure timely and efficient delivery of clients’ requirements
* Engage clients in the course of facility negotiation/documentation and/or product delivery to ensure relationship continuity is delivered in the client’s timeframe to satisfy their financial objectives
* Plan a calling program for the agreed client portfolio and work closely with product specialists to develop strategies to address client and industry needs
Required Qualifications and Skills :
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00
* Minimum of 3 years banking experience in related area
* Extensive experience in running a client portfolio with proven business originations outcomes
* Extensive knowledge of bank products and financial services products and services
* Having good technical knowledge of financial services
* Demonstrate high service orientation and performance orientation
* Strategic leadership, proactive, full of initiative and capable to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
* High accuracy and posses strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must
