Network Support
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
* Responsible in network maintenance
* Provide some periodic check of the solution like the configuration’s solution implemented to avoid the problems occurred as small as possible.
* Maintains the direct operations and security system to prevent some fraud in the network’s solution implementation.
* Coordinate with the 2nd and 3rd layer Solution Delivery in the case of escalation of complex problems in side network’s solution delivered (troubleshooting).
* Maintains the performance of the solution in the good conditions such as explore new software or new utility to update the network’s solution delivered.
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer Science or IT or Electronics Engineering.
* Able to show network’s knowledge deeply.
* Hold a CCNA certification
* Fluent English and native Indonesian is a must.
* Minimum 1 year in the same area.
