SALES EXECUTIVE / MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Qualifications:

* S1 degree from Agriculture

* At least 5 years experience as sales supervisor

* Strong knowledge of West Java/Indonesia market, and good agronomy to raise good crops

* Understand the problems of crops like diseases and pests and its control measure

* Persuasive leader with ability to take quick decision

* Analytical thinking and planning ability

* Entrepreneurial mentally and able to bring out the best people by mix of challenge, motivation and operationally adapt

* Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English


Accountabilities:

* Ensure sales are achieved as agreed in annual target and adapt overall strategy to sales for implementation.

* Maintain existing sales and market with good and excellent service to distribution channel.

* Identify business opportunities and make clear recommendation for their exploitations.

* Liaising with channel and distribution to ensure sales achievement as well as reliable stock availability.

* Ensure distribution to provide stock timely and provide market with products and service match with the end user need.

* Clear documentation of market data: Sales, market potential, market trend, competition, customer’s behaviors etc.

* Establish solid customers service, close operation with dealers/agents and strong relationship with key customers, Government, business partner etc.

* Increase market share and expanding in line business existence through out effective promotion, customer leverage, selling and advertisement.

* Sales collection, smooth and persuade communication and negotiation to customer to ensure on time of payment and credit term.

* Maintain good Day Sales Outstanding which acceptable by company term of payment.
