Manager Product Development - Commercial Banking
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Principal Accountabilities :
* To implement Product Strategy and develop new products, concentrating mainly on the assets and liabilities product for Commercial Banking
* To work closely with Marketing, Compliance and other business units and external partners
* To work closely with Relationship Managers and sales team to close complex deals, identify product objectives/ goals; gather, define and prioritize product requirements, packaging and pricing; create roadmap; plan, coordinate and launch product releases

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
* Possesses at least 3 - 4 years managerial experience in handling product development, preferably with some banking background
* Extensive knowledge in Commercial Banking business and its products and services
* Good understanding and hands on experience of conducting competitor analysis
* Good project management and interpersonal skills to work with personnel at all levels within the organization and external parties
* Good analytical thinking and communication skills
* Fluency in verbal and written English is a must for preparing and issuing documentations (including new product proposals) as well as delivering trainings and presentations to the customers
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
* Full-Time positions available
