OPERATION MANAGER THE BODY SHOP (OM TBS)
Qualifications :
* To be responsible for organizing and managing in store retail business maximization, customer relations management and competitive store staff development
* Having minimum 5 years working experiences in managing the above key functions with significant successful track record (Retail cosmetics background will be an advantage)
* Posses deep knowledge in retail operations and ability to implement various innovative retail promotion and customer loyalty programs)
* Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and good interpersonal skill
* Excellent communication in English both oral and written
* Around 35 years old male or female with bachelor degree from reputable universities
