CUSTOMER LOYALTY MANAGER THE BODY SHOP (CLM TBS)
Qualifications :
* To be responsible for developing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of Lifestyle Customer Retention Programs to establish Brand and Customer Loyalty
* Having minimum 5 years working experience in the similar position with significant successful track record
* Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and good interpersonal skill
* Excellent communication in English both oral and written
* Around 35 years old male or female with bachelor degree from reputable universities
