To support the rapid growth expansion within our business units: GIANT, HERO, GUARDIAN, STARMART and MITRA TOKO DISKON with a total population of more than 10,000 employees, we are looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position:



COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT OFFICER

To ensure the Human Resource Information system implementation aligned with HR strategy and to manage the Operational activities of compensation and benefit area, especially medical benefit (in patient) for employees



Qualifications:

* Young and energetic with ambition to develop company interest and image on Compensation and Benefit function.

* Education minimum from D3 all majors and with IT background is advantage.

* Having 2 years of working experiences in compensation benefit area, especially for employee medical benefit. with external party (medical provider).

* Good understanding and familiar with MS office, programming (minimum Visual Basic and MS Access).

* Attention to detail and result oriented.

* Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively.

* Good team player and good communication skill.

* English proficiency both oral and written is a must.
