Interconnect Specialist
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Functional and administrative management of the Interconnect & Roaming Billing unit whose responsibility follows for any of the related system as enumerated above: - Ensure effective and efficient delivery of Interconnect & Roaming system application development and management, - Collaborate constantly with business management units of various organizations to identify and address system requirements, - Managed day to day operation of interconnection & roaming system, including system configuration, reconciliation and TAP / CIBER files monitoring, - Perform in-house applications development functions ( where economically feasible ), - Ensure compatibility of applications system to allow integration with other systems, - Perform system parameter management.
* Prepares Interconnect & Roaming Settlement Reports as needed

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in interconnection from telco operator is required for this position.
* Good knowledge in PL/SQL, Oracle and Project Management.
* Good knowledge of local interconnection regulation (Revenue Based / Cost Based).
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
