SENIOR NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, in your capacity as the Sr. New Product Development Manager, you will be in charge for the following chores:
* The role is to lead and manage the development process of the new product, marketing programs related to consumer and product launchings within the category in partnering with all key relationship functions
* A combine function between category/product management skills with trade marketing knowledge for deliverable NPD and marketing program strategy
* To lead and take joint responsibility with Technical operations logistic, Modern foodstore trade marketing, channel team, marketing services and Coca-Cola Indonesia in preparation and development of New product development launch plan
In charge for such essential roles in Sales and Marketing domain, ideally the incumbent would be required to demonstrate the following qualifications:
* Having an excellent understanding of customer as a total and in relation to the business
* A minimum of four years experience in brand management from reputable FMCG company
* Understanding traditional and modern channel management
* Demonstrates an excellent experience of managing a brand and launch new product into market
* Performing sufficient understanding of project management process
* Demonstrates an excellent communication skills on gaining commitment from cross functions
* Good interpersonal skill, selling skill, analytical thinking coupled with result oriented type of personality
* Used to adjust himself with highly dynamic working environment and under pressure situations
* Good working with strategic concept and numbers
