Customer Payment Specialist- Jakarta
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Handle '3' strore (Walk in Center) Transactions
o Input Walk in Center Daily Sales Report and make reconciliation
o Input bank transaction to Oracle
o Bank reconciliation report for Bank Account that related with WIC payment
* Voucher Management
o Control E-top up Sales at '3' Store
o Stock taking at '3' Store
* Month-end Closing Report
o Reconcile bank clearing, cash in transit & AR Credit Card account vs GL account
Requirements:
* Education:
o Minimum Bachelor degree (S-1) Accounting from reputable university
* Experience:
o Minimum five (5) years experience in Accounting field, especially in customer payment department
* Human Competency:
o Detail and Cautious
o Fast learner
o Hardworker
o Team player
* Technical Competency:
o Understand interrelationship business process between finance, accounting, and sales
o Having experience in utilise Oracle based application
o Excelent Skill in Microsoft Windows
o Excellent English proficiency
