Responsibilities:
* Being a supporter for Regional Director in sales, recruitment, training, and operation area
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
* Age min.28 years old
* Strong communication skill, analytical thinking.
* Team player, self-motivated, innovator, and target oriented.
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is essential.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a life insurance and financial services industry, preferably also with a background in sales and sales management.
* Previous or current management/ supervisory experience within major international insurance or finance company.
* Previous work experience should include other disciplines within the insurance company.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Lippo Karawaci.
