Investment Analyst – Corporate Finance



To support our expanding corporate finance practice, Abacus Capital seeks highly motivated and driven professionals to join its Jakarta office. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years experience working in an MNC, securities house, bank, or large Indonesian corporate in a finance or research role.


The candidate will be responsible for the following:


* In-depth company and industry research supporting proprietary investment, fund management and corporate advisory activities
* Financial modeling, including valuation assessments
* Writing and preparing transaction related documentation and marketing materials (e.g., pitch books, corporate profiles, information memoranda, market data/analyses, etc.)
* Preparation of presentations
* Being an integral part of the execution team from pitch to closing


This position requires a first class academic degree, good communication skills, superior work ethics, ability to work independently, strong teamwork skills, attention to detail and a “can-do” winning attitude. It is essential that candidates have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must. Candidates must have ease with numbers and possess strong finance and accounting background.
