EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Qualifications:

Female At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
*
Age between 28 - 37 years old
*
Flexible to work longer hours when required
*
Preferred - Working experience in Oil and Gas industries
*
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
*
Fluent in English and good communication skills - pleasing personality
*
Candidate must possess at least A Diploma Degree (D3) in secretary / Mass Communication or a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
*
Able to work under pressure

Candidate must be achiever, having clarity of thought, high sense of commitment, ready to work and contribute in teams, willing to take challenges and responsibility, energetic, enthusiastic and fast learner.
