HRD & GA Manager (HR-GA)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
*
o Strategic; Preparing and Evaluating HR Strategic and also 5 years Plan within HRD & GA Department, Developing HRD & GA Policies & Procedures, Preparing KPI for Subordinates, Socialize the Objectives, Strategy, Policy, and Planning to Department concerned
o Personnel Administration; including medical care services, organizing database of all employees (filling & Controlling into HRIS & Payroll data on salary changes, promotions, allowance changes, social benefits like claims of worker), prepare monthly report to Jamsostek, controlling report about employee monthly salary, monitoring or controlling expire date employee agreement for contract, probation
o General Affairs; ensuring & monitoring all legal documents related with business has been provided and valid in accordance to our Corporate Policy as required, Monitoring Security personnel activities in order to avoid any disruption for company’s asset both from internal or external and set up Security Management System, Monitoring House Keeping Program in all business area, Controlling and Monitoring Insurance for Company Assets
o Recruitment Process; developing and evaluating recruitment strategy in line with business objectives, ensuring and monitoring Man Power planning to the all Department were prepared in accurately, monitoring with recruitment team about selection process from written test, interview, evaluating and interpreting test results, medical examination, job offer and placement for new hire to department concerned as a requested
o Industrial Relations; including termination of employment due to failure to pass probation, resignation, breach of disciplinary, provisions, redundancy and medical reason; establishing disciplinary provisions like disciplinary procedures, offences and disciplinary actions, unauthorized absence and warnings; Implement Company Regulation, Manpower Regulations, and also existing Regulation as a legal compliance requirement, as a company representative in order to resolve any employee disputes in with labor union and Man Power Department
o Or any other function related to the responsibilities as an assignment by Management
Requirements:
* Minimum Having 10 years experience in Human Resources Area & General Affairs and 5 years experience in Managerial Level
* Bachelor or Master Degree majoring in Law or Management
* Hands on experience for handling and controlling about all Human Resources Area Activities as follows: Recruitment & Selection Process, Performance Management System, Human Resources Procedures, General Affairs (Security Management, Legal Permit, Legal Services, House Keeping, Maintenance Building), Payroll (include Tax PPH 21), Industrial Relation (Resolve Employee Disputes with Labor Union and Man Power Department), Insurance (Medical, Company Asset, etc)
* Understanding about Indonesia Manpower Regulation (Including PPHI) and all Government Regulation related with is a must
* Minimum age is 40 years old
* Having a Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill and also Proficient English Skill (Others Language Skill is an advantage)
* Good Computer Literate and Familiar with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and understanding the HRIS protocol that has been regulated for Security Level System
