Property & Facilities Manager
Key functions/ main responsibilities:

*
Manage and responsible to office premises including managing cleaning & security services
*
Manage and responsible of office equipment including repair & maintenance
*
Manage office space allocation and design
*
Project Estimation cost and budget planning
*
Bidding Process and admin preparation for new or reconfiguration of office (Rent & Renovation)
*
Seeking & analyze new premises
*
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning – main coordinator and planner
*
Security and safety management of office properties
*
Prepare business cases and other reports as and when required for regional and local management’s approval
*
Fixed Asset Tracking & Management


(Minimum) Requirements:

Educational Background:

* Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Architecture or Civil


Experiences:

*
Minimum working experience in related field such as asset maintenance, office facilities, procurement and budgeting for 3 to 5 years is essential.


Skills and Knowledge:

*
Is IT-literate, esp., knowledge of CAD
*
Managing People
*
Effective and efficient inventory management
*
Bidding/ procurement procedures and regulations
*
Office/Asset management
*
Good communication skills both oral & written
*
Budget and expenses control
